What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments securely via Payfast, including:

  • Payfast Instant EFT (local banking)
  • Visa & Mastercard
  • American Express
  • PayPal

All transactions are processed through Payfast, ensuring encrypted and trusted payment security

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 30 minutesof placement. Simply email us at orders@dk-studios.com to request a full refund.
Cancellations made after this window may not qualify for a refund.

How is VAT applied, and can I receive an invoice?

Sales tax (VAT) is applied at checkout according to your delivery address, and included in your total order.

A detailed invoice will be issued and emailed once your order is confirmed. For any additional billing inquiries, contact our support team.

What are the details for the Vault Collection?

The Vault Collection is custom-made to your specifications:

  1. Select your size at checkout.
  2. Need precise measurements? Complete the form provided during checkout or email vault@dk-studios.com.
  3. Please allow up to 2 weeks for completion of your tailored Vault order.

How is Shipping and delivery handled?

DK Vault Garments are made to order. Please give our team 2 weeks to produce your order. The team at dk-studios will make sure that your products are dispatched as soon as possible and unless otherwise stipulated at the time of purchase, no later than two weeks following the order date, this excludes shipping time to your country.

Ready-to-wear garments will be dispatched within 24 hours from time of order.

Shipping is billed at checkout and is the client’s responsibility.
